HSA Room Parent Volunteer Sign Up

Thank you for volunteering to be a Room Parent for the 2025-2026 school year!  Before you sign up, please take a moment to review the expectations for Room Parents:

We are seeking one or two room parent volunteers from each class and priority will be given to parents who have not been room parents in the past. The room parents will work together to plan and throw parties for Halloween, before winter break, Valentines Day and end of the year. Unfortunately, we cannot allow any additional adults or siblings to come to the party. The party dates and times are determined by the classroom teacher to best accommodate the class schedule.

All food must be individually wrapped. Room parents will request $20 from each student in the class and the money collected will be the budget for all 4 parties. Please make your best effort to stay within the budget.

Sign ups will be accepted until Friday, September 26th.
